Mr. Amir Aziz Malik is the owner of Aziz Group and having the title of “ Chief Executive ”, and Aziz Group h;as started its agro chemical business in 1999 with strong farmer network in Pakistan in the name of Agri Farm Services . Mr. Anwar Hussain Shah is the first manager and Mr. Muhammad Saleem Khan is the first Finance Manger Of Aziz Group till to date. Sitara Seed is governed by Dr. Aslam Yousaf, who is engaged in research of quality seed of wheat, cotton and vegetable and it has successfully completed its two years up till 2005. Agri International deals with bulk purchase and sales, launched in March 2004. Aziz Group has launched a distribution company on 4 th June 2005 in the name of M/S Agri Top.

Aziz Group has a broad based vision of its future. Currently Aziz Group has done its restructuring by defining its departmentalization with boundaries. It is also tried to strengthen its HRD and Administration for better progress for employees who are the precious asset of the company.

In future Aziz Group has planned to built a formulation plant due to increase in its pesticide market share.
