In order to get dealership of Agri Top Company, following rules and regulations are observed:
1. Submission of application with departmental certificate and NIC copy.
2. Dealer can do business with other companies on the same shop
3. Invoice price of the company will be the dealer’s price
4. Dealer cannot sell the product more than the label MRP price
5. Strategy of advance booking is followed
6. Normally the strategy of 100 % cash is followed
7. Short term policies against some incentives (coupon system) are also followed
8. Termination of dealership / imposition of penalty on violation of rules
