Our policy is to provide a controlled work environment that protects health, safety and welfare of all employees and owner subcontractors and other persons at our work sites.
The company accepts its responsibility as an employer to train and assist all employees in safe work practices and seek the full support and cooperation of all employees and subcontractors in this endeavor.
Management will meet its obligations to the Act, Regulations, Codes and Standards by identifying all issues appropriate to the management of health and safety at all offices.
Staff is committed to implementing and monitoring good health and safety practices in their specific areas of operations.
All employees have their personal responsibility to their employer, their fellow workers, themselves and the general public to adopt and maintain appropriate health and safety standards in their entire work environment.
At all time the company maintains health and safety as a priority, and will not knowingly demand or except any person to participate in any activities which are likely to be detrimental to their health or safety.
Our statement of general policy is:
1) To provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities 2) To consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety 3) To provide and maintain safe plant and equipment 4) To ensure safe handling, transporting, storage and use of articles and substances 5) to provide information, instruction, training and supervision for employees 6) To ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training 7) To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health 8) To maintain safe and healthy working conditions 9) To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals
